You must provide accurate information when using MoPharma and keep access to your account secure. Availability of products, services and delivery may vary by location and fulfilment capability.

MoPharma may update, suspend or restrict features where reasonably required for security, maintenance, compliance or service operation.

Products that require a valid prescription cannot be fulfilled until the required prescription has been uploaded and accepted through the applicable review process. Uploading a prescription does not by itself guarantee supply.

Prescription medicines are subject to pharmacist review and applicable legal, safety and fulfilment requirements.

An order request is subject to product availability, pricing, serviceability, prescription requirements where applicable, and confirmation by the fulfilling pharmacy. An order may be declined or cancelled when it cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.

Prices and applicable charges are shown during the ordering process. Payment availability and any refund due for a cancelled or failed order are governed by the Fees & Payments and Return, Refund & Cancellation policies.
